My goal is to decolonize the way we access, consume, and teach American Theatre.
My aspirations and responsibilities do not exist within my Chicano identity and the Chicano community alone — as an American, I believe the complex history and conflicted present of the United States is a part of my storytelling lineage.
I am interested in collaboration with anti-ableist and anti-racist practices kept in mind.
I want to tell stories that celebrate the diversity in identity and the range of emotions within the human experience.
I am committed to accessibility, equity, and transparency.
